Prairie Gold
5 x 7, oil. Enjoying spending some time with my oil paints. Been a long time....usually paint with pastels. Starting small....
A typical scene in Wyoming. Rough prairie with breaks and ridges with small cliffs, and wide open spaces.
This is fabulous! I love how the eye is drawn from the foreground all the way back to the farm Mountains and the sky the blue Shadows that you have in the plateaus are just stunning. I could watch this forever.
